With stunning views over the Pic de Bugarach and no near neighbours, this beautiful restored stone property is currently being run as a wellness retreat.  It has no near neighbours and boasts a large and light yoga/meditation room and large deck with outstanding views.  The property is currently arranged into two areas - a family area and a guest area.  In the family area, whish is heated by geothermal heating, there is a generous modern kitchen which opens via french doors onto a sun terrace, a large dual aspect sitting room with french doors leading onto another patio area and a wood burning stove.  Off the sitting room is a room that could be an office or bedroom as required.  On this level there is also a shower room. On the first floor one finds a large master bedroom and three further bedrooms, all with views across the valley and beyond.  There are also 2 shower rooms on this floor. The guest area is found through a door in the sitting room with the meditation room  having a bridge onto the hillside behind.  The guest lodgings are found on the floor below the meditation room which has an access to the outside where the guest kitchen can be found in a small shed. Whilst the property is on mains electrics it has its own water sources and storage facilities.  The water is harvested from the roof, piped from a spring and there is also a new large well.   The land with the property is made up of both woodlands and fields with a beautiful brook and waterfall running through the woodlands.
